Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during service Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required Strong knowledge of guest services Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables effectively Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn about menu items
