Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Expected hours between 20-40 hours per week

Up to 12.71 per hour, depending on age

What You'll Do:

As a Bar/Restaurant Team Leader, your duties will include:

Supporting the Retail Manager in the day-to-day operations of the venue. Running the venue in the absence of the Retail Manager or Assistant Retail Manager. Assisting with the training and development of team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Leading by example to uphold high standards of service and professionalism. Cashing up and managing stock ordering as required. Assisting other venues and the Duty Manager when necessary.

Has experience in a similar role within the hospitality or leisure industry. Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work effectively under pressure. Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Has a positive and proactive attitude to motivate and inspire their team.
