Duties

Lead and manage the restaurant team, fostering a positive work environment. Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety regulations. Oversee food preparation and production processes, maintaining high standards of quality. Assist in bartending duties as needed, ensuring a well-stocked bar and excellent drink service. Train and develop team members in culinary skills, customer service, and operational procedures. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain stock. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Experience in supervising kitchen staff and understanding culinary processes. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and dining experiences. Previous experience in bartending is advantageous,.
