We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. Duties
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including food preparation, serving, and customer service.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage staff schedules, recruit new team members, and provide ongoing training in culinary techniques, food safety, and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.
Ensure the quality of food production meets company standards and customer expectations.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent service standards.
Implement health and safety policies across the restaurant premises.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.
Skills
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
Extensive restaurant experience, including food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with culinary techniques and food production processes.
Experience in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous.
