Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of quality in food production.

Responsibilities



Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards to maintain a safe dining environment. Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving for resolution and improvement. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Experience



Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required. Experience in bartending or culinary roles is advantageous. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff development. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. A background in hotel management or food production will be considered a plus.
