As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service. Ensure food production meets quality standards and adheres to health and safety regulations. Lead, train, and motivate kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimise profitability. Develop and implement effective strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.

Skills

Proven experience in a restaurant management role with a strong understanding of hospitality principles. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Ability to supervise kitchen operations effectively while ensuring high standards of food production. Exceptional communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and suppliers. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing restaurant operations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
