Job Description

Kimberley now has an exciting opportunity for a Retail/Handover Assistant in our onsite store at Nottingham.

Are you able to use initiative able work to deadlines and most importantly excels at customer service? If so Kimberley needs you!

Previous retail/industry experience is important but training will also be provided. The Individual must be organised, pleasant and able to work well as part of a team.

Main Duties Retail:



Provide a positive customer experience of the highest quality reflecting the business values at all times

Respond Promptly and professionally to all enquiries in person and on the phone o Conduct over the counter and remote sales of parts and accessories

Complete Awning sales and upselling caravan accessories to customers

Assist with workshop parts and accessories supplies

Prepare invoices and take payments where relevant

Monitor the progress of parts and accessories orders, keeping customers fully informed in order to maximise customer satisfaction

Assist in maintaining and changing accessories and parts displays as directed by the shop manager

Main Duties Handover:



Contact customer prior to despatch agreeing timescales and setting expectations

Demonstrate vehicle features before the customer leaves our business premises

Ensure vehicles are ready for despatch at the date/time agreed with the customers

Ensure the vehicle is fully prepared for dispatch in line with instructions from Sales Admin, making sure all paperwork is completed within agreed timescales

Checking all the paperwork with the customer from vehicle specification to finance documents to ensure they are inline with company standards

Provide a thorough detailed handover to customers to ensure their complete satisfaction

Introduce customers to the shop team to assist with accessory opportunities identified

Introduce customers to the service team to book the next service and encourage customer loyalty.

The ability to work in a timely fashion, sometimes under pressured circumstances or tight time frames.

You will be required to work across a rota each month. Store spring/ summer opening hours are 9.00am-5.00pm (Mon-Fri), 9am-5.00pm (Sat) and 10am-4pm (Sun). Department opening hours can be seasonal with slightly shorter days in winter. This will be discussed at interview stage.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
