Retail Assistant

? 2x 7 hour positions, Saturdays
Leading Lives are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable retail assistant supporting weekend operations our busy pottery painting and craft cafe, Creative Lives in Sudbury.
Responsibilities include welcoming customers, making and serving refreshments, explaining creative activities, helping with painting techniques, handling payments, and maintaining a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The ideal candidate would be passionate about arts and crafts with a strong focus on customer experience and teamwork. If you think this describes you, apply now!

Engage customers with a friendly, person-centred approach
Recommend products and process transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting space
Promote offers and serve refreshments
Support stock management and use equipment safely (e.g. kiln)
Collaborate with colleagues and connect with the local community
Follow company policies and contribute to service improvements
