Join our growing, family-run shoe retail business as a
Retail Back Office Administrator
. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to support daily stock and office administration, with opportunities to get involved in shop floor sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload and manage product data on the EPoS system.
Assist with in-store customer service during busy periods.
Process sales and manage stock deliveries.
Maintain accurate stock levels and liaise with suppliers/accounts.
Process and manage faulty returns credits with suppliers.
Support online department operations.
Essential Skills:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Self-motivated, team player with a proactive attitude.
Comfortable with basic IT and admin tasks.
Desired:
Retail or fashion sales experience.
Familiarity with EPoS systems and customer service excellence.
