12,904 per annum, pro rata (based on a full time salary of 23,550).

Part time, 20 hours per week (over 4 days on a rota basis)

Monday 8am - 4pm

Tuesday off

Wednesday 12pm - 5pm

Would you like to be part of a friendly retail team working in one of the busiest, most vibrant Student Unions in the country?

We're looking for a Retail Bakery Assistant to join us. Your role will focus on our Co-op Franchise Bakery, however it will also encompass all areas of our LUU Co-op franchise shop; we will support you with training for any areas that are new to you.

What we're looking for

You'll need to have some bakery experience and be passionate about providing excellent customer service whilst maintaining a high level of retail standards. Our stores are fast paced and ever changing to make sure that our retail offer is perfect for our students, and so the ability to develop and deliver new initiatives is key.

So, if you love to delight your customers and enjoy the variety of tasks in retail, from structured and compliant, to creative and inspirational, then we'd like to hear from you.
