Property Development Coordinator

Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

As a Property Development Coordinator, you will play an essential role in our mission to create new build retail stores and Petrol Filling Stations across the north of England. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a close-knit team and contribute to the successful delivery of our exciting and ambitious projects.

Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You Can Expect to be Doing

As a Property Development Coordinator, your role will encompass a range of crucial responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating and managing utility disconnections, diversions, connections, and temporary builder\xe2\x80\x99s supplies, in collaboration with an external consultant.
  • Ensuring the acquisition and validation of accurate O&M / Handover information.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the resolution of latent defects or end of defects issues.
  • Arranging specialised pre-acquisition, planning, and post-completion surveys, while ensuring timely provision and monitoring.
  • Collecting and issuing pre-construction information.
  • Providing ad hoc project administrative support to the team.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records within in-house trackers containing sensitive data.
A Few Things About You

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience within a utility, construction or property company and possess the following attributes
  • Exceptional organisational and methodical skills, with an acute attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, particularly in Excel, to efficiently manage project data.
  • A process-driven mindset, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn, exhibiting a \'can do\' attitude.
  • Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilful in task prioritisation, ensuring seamless execution of multiple responsibilities.
