Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to effectively communicate with both staff and customers. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sales staff. Create and manage employee work schedules. Monitor and work towards achieving sales targets. Resolve operational issues by liaising with other departments. Oversee product arrangement and in-store displays. Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks. Generate and analyze sales reports for management. Identify trends and suggest sales process improvements. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience. Implement sales strategies to maximise revenue while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is desirable. Preferably strong background in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective team leadership. Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities in a busy retail setting.
