We're seeking an

experienced retail manager (3+ years)

Your Role:As Store Manager, you'll shape the culture and success of our newest location. Working closely with your Area Manager, you'll:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and stock management Recruit and develop talented team members who share our values Manage all operational aspects including stock control, banking, and reporting Build community connections and establish the store as a local destination Ensure compliance with all company procedures and standards
What You Bring:

3+ years retail management experience with proven track record Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ people Sales-focused mindset with experience meeting KPIs and targets Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Experience with stock management systems and inventory control Outstanding communication skills and professional presentation Passion for customer service and retail excellence
A love for cards and stationery is definitely a bonus!
