Job Description

We are now looking for a people-focussed and experienced Retail Manager to join our welcoming and close-knit Harrods team on a 12 month fixed term basis.


Our retail offering is evolving as we grow our omnichannel approach, and we are looking for someone to join our leadership team who is agile and flexible, curious and bold enough to try new things.

About the Role

At Harrods, the Retail Manager is critical to the delivery of the unparalleled luxury experience that our business is renowned for. Being the front-line face of the leadership team, the Retail Manager is skilled at building high performing teams and delivering effective performance coaching. This is achieved through high levels of visible leadership on the floor, an ongoing focus on the Harrods Standard, and a natural ability to inspire and engage sales colleagues through story-telling and a culture of continuous feedback.



We're looking to you to focus on delivering the people, customer and commercial results, whilst continuously striving to make the impossible possible for our customers.

About You

You will be an exceptional people leader who is passionate about nurturing talent and fostering true performance excellence. With a genuine interest in luxury, you lead your teams in providing a world-class service experience as well as spotting training needs to build sales opportunities. You are an innovative thinker, with the ability to utilise data to identify trends and influence strong commercial decisions.
