Position:

Retail Manager

The role involves:

Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times

Securing and exceeding store sales

Training and developing your team through continuous feedback

Scheduling according to operational needs

Building strong customer relationships to continue growth

Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house

Ensuring Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures are adhered to at all times

Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records

Managing the demands of a faced and busy retail site

Manual stock ordering

Starting Salary: up to 40,000 DOE
