Position:

Retail Site Manager

The role involves:

- Managing the demands of a fast paced and busy retail site.

- Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times

- Securing and exceeding store sales

- Training and developing your team through feedback.

- Scheduling according to operational needs.

- Building strong customer relationships to continue growth.

- Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house

- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times

- Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.

- Manual stock ordering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 29,000.00-40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
