Position:

Retail Manager

The role involves:

Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times

Securing and exceeding store sales

Training and developing the team through feedback

Scheduling according to operational needs

Building strong customer relationships to continue growth

Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house

Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times

Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
