We are now seeking a dynamic, motivated, and driven Retail Manager to take ownership of one of our busy, fast-paced retail sites and lead the team to continued success.

What the role involves:

Managing the day-to-day demands of a busy and high-performing retail site Leading by example to ensure your team consistently delivers excellent customer service Driving store performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets Coaching, training, and developing your team to reach their full potential Creating effective staff schedules to meet operational requirements Building strong customer relationships that drive loyalty and growth Maintaining the highest standards across the site, including back-of-house operations Enforcing Health & Safety procedures and compliance at all times Reviewing business and sales data to adapt marketing and operational strategies Managing manual stock ordering and ensuring availability at all times
