Job Summary



DCM DanielChristianMenswear are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our multi branded designer menswear store based in the Lowry Outlet Shopping Centre, Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Retail Manager within our growing independent store group, you will be responsible for managing daily store activities, driving sales performance, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

Proven Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating retail teams, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Retail Expertise: Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Customer Focus: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Results-Oriented: A drive to achieve results and a commitment to continuous improvement. Premium Menswear Brand Representation: A developing knowledge and passion for branded men's fashion and seasonal trends.

Key Responsibilities:



- Buying input/responsibility: Aid buyers in new brand offer/buying trip potential/stock replenishment direct from supplier.

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Manage and motivate a team of retail employees, providing training and development opportunities.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective sales strategies and techniques.

- Implement and maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and customer service.

- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels direct from supplier.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Organise staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

- Collaborate with regional teams to support company initiatives and goals.

-Foster a positive shopping environment that encourages customer loyalty.

-Analyse sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
