Job Title: Retail Manager Permanent, 28 hours per week (4 days) Salary: 13.74 per hour Location: 11 The Square, Kenilworth, CV8 1EF

Job Role

Lead a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment. Oversee all aspects of shop operations, including stock management, sales, customer service, and loss prevention. Achieve ambitious sales targets and implement strategies to maximise shop performance. Deliver online selling on platforms. Build strong relationships with customers, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining a safe and secure work environment. Deliver community engagement to share the understanding of Headways services. Organise and run creative fundraising events for your store to raise awareness and funds for the charity.

About You

Retail management experience, preferably in a charity setting. A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. The ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team. Proficiency in retail technology systems a plus. A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others
