Retail Manager

who can take charge of our store operations and create a seamless, customer-first experience around the clock.

Duties

Lead daily store operations, ensuring shelves are stocked, orders are fulfilled, and customers are happy. Manage and train store staff to deliver excellent service and maintain store standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely restocks. Analyze sales data, track performance, and implement strategies to improve KPIs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times. Handle customer feedback and resolve any on-ground issues quickly and effectively. Drive promotions, merchandising, and in-store campaigns to boost footfall and sales.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in retail or store management--grocery/FMCG background is a big plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent customer service mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tools, and basic retail analytics. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Pay: 35,486.00-38,913.00 per year
