Duties

Lead and manage the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximise product visibility and sales. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability. Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll management, and reporting.

Skills

Proven experience in retail management with a strong track record of achieving sales goals. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are an advantage for enhancing customer interactions. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Time management expertise to prioritise responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in merchandising and visual display techniques to attract customers. Administrative experience is essential for managing store operations smoothly.
