As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and driving sales performance while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Organise staff schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet business needs. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale. Sell products by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes. Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and attract new customers. Handle administrative tasks including reporting, budgeting, and compliance with company policies. Ensure excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and development. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse customer bases. Familiarity with administrative duties related to retail operations is preferred.
