Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, train, and supervise sales staff, scheduling shifts and assigning tasks. Monitor and drive sales performance, setting targets and motivating the team to achieve KPIs. Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment of clothing and accessories. Implement effective visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally. Process deliveries, organise storage, and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, store policies, and cash handling procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 33,000.00-42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
