We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team and drive sales in our retail environment. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets.

Duties

Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals while fostering a positive working environment. Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members to improve overall efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations. Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring that the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role with a strong background in sales management. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while promoting collaboration and engagement among staff members. A passion for retail with an understanding of current market trends and consumer behaviour.

Pay: 26,361.00-38,700.00 per year
