Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily retail store operations, ensuring top-tier guest service and operational efficiency.
• Manage product merchandising, displays, and store organization.
• Hire, train, and motivate a passionate retail team.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and strategic promotions.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Handle cash management, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual appeal, and brand standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Expertise in merchandising, inventory management, and product promotion.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
