Responsibilities

Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction skills.
Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while maintaining a positive work environment.
Handle administrative tasks such as reporting sales figures, managing budgets, and maintaining operational records.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers by ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the store.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Experience
Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
