We're looking for a passionate

Retail & Restaurant Manager

to lead our food and retail operations at Northwood HQ. If you love creating exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to shine.

What you'll do

Take charge of

Events, Coffee Shops, Deli Bar, Grab & Go, and Retail Store

. Lead and inspire your team, ensuring outstanding service and presentation. Manage stock, costs, and waste effectively. Keep everything safe and compliant with food hygiene standards. Engage with customers and innovate menus based on feedback. Own daily operations - from opening and closing to cash handling and team development.

What we're looking for

A strong leader with

retail or coffee shop experience

. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Passion for food and delivering great customer experiences. UK residency for the past 5 years (security clearance required). Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
