The Bed Post is on the look out for Retail Salesperson, If you are passionate about helping people and have a knack for communication and customer services you may be the right fit.

Responsibilities:

A Retail Salesperson will be responsible for understanding customers' requirements and helping them make buying decisions. Responsibilities include providing product information, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized sales area. You'll be expected to represent the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their shopping experience.

Skills and Competencies:

You should have an outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work alone are crucial traits for this role. A sense of aesthetics, understanding of effective sales techniques, and experience with handling customer queries and feedback is a significant plus. A knowledge of beds and furniture would be a bonus but not essential for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

Retail sales experience will be of an added advantage. Hands-on experience with POS transactions and familiarity with inventory procedures are also appreciated.

Additional Requirements:

Availability to work in shifts (including weekends) is a prerequisite. A commitment to professional ethics, courtesy, and customer focus is a must.
