We are currently seeking a Stock & Systems Supervisor to join our Retail Operations team at Pleasure Beach Resort. As a Stock & Systems Supervisor you will be reporting to the Retail Management team, this role will facilitate in day-to-day processes within the supervision of the department, ensuring that all stock control KPI targets are met or exceeded and involved in continuous improvement. Supervising Stock Control to ensure stock integrity and compliance are being delivered to the highest standard, from coordinating stock takes, ensuring that delivery paperwork is correct, transfer and damaged stock is accounted for. Monitoring the EPOs system for any unusual staff behaviour and the EPOS systems is functioning correctly.

Job responsibilities of a Stock & Systems Supervisor include:



To assist the Inventory Retail operations Management team in the day to day running of the Stock and Admin department. Resolving EPOS, stock & system and stock issues. Scheduling and supervising the activities and the functions of stocktaking. Ensuring the proper and timely completion of all EPOS, Stock & Admin activities. To keep and maintain records of stock issues, compiling reports and feeding back. To feedback on team and individual performance, including behavioural issues, highlighting good performance. To offer suggestions and assist in the organisation of training and development for the stock team, including on-the-job coaching. To supervise and co-ordinate regular stock takes. To process stock reconciliation, resolve stock discrepancies, department requests and stock amendments in a timely and accurate manner, whilst adhering to operational processes and procedures. To supervise and contribute to track & trace requests, product recall and quality assurance. Monitoring and scheduling daily, weekly & monthly stock count checks. Full reconciliation & adjustment of all stock counts To stay in communication with other Managers/Supervisors and Operational Team ensuring smooth flow of operations. To be involved in maintaining system system's configuration. Visitors & stock audit's assistance.

Qualifications



As a Stock & Systems Supervisor you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

Flexibility within the role to be able to cover a variety of areas within the department. Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative. Able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of on-site systems and processes. An organised and focused approach to all administrative duties. Able to work to tight deadlines. PC Literate on intermediate level (Word, Excel and Outlook, EPOS/ WooCommerce). Should demonstrate the drive and desire to progress. Willing to help other departments in emergency situations. Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns. Ability to efficiently lead a team, delegate, supervise functions and keep staff motivated. Should have good oral and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills and a knack to problem solve. Strong interpersonal, conciliation skills and the capacity to network with suppliers and customers. Working knowledge of stock management systems would be seen as an advantage. Previous experience in a supervisory role and good knowledge of stock control is required.
