About the Role: Reporting to Retail Management, you'll be instrumental in overseeing daily stock control operations, ensuring stock integrity, compliance, and achievement of KPIs. This pivotal role involves supervising stock reception, transfers, damage control, and monitoring EPOS system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and raise purchase orders for retail merchandise. Manage and resolve EPOS, stock, and system issues. Supervise, schedule, and execute regular stock takes and cycle counts. Perform full reconciliation and adjustment of stock counts, resolving discrepancies. Maintain accurate stock records and generate detailed reports. Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to the stock team. Assist with product recalls, quality assurance, and track & trace requests. Ensure seamless interdepartmental communication regarding stock flow. Support system configuration and participate in stock audits.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a retail supervisory role with strong stock control knowledge (2 years minimum) Proficiency in stock management and EPOS systems (e.g., EPOS/WooCommerce) and intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines and effectively problem-solve. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership abilities. Flexible, proactive approach, capable of working independently and collaboratively. A desire for continuous learning and career progression.
