About the role
We are looking to recruit a full time Retail Support Assistant, based out of our Equity office.
In this role you will take charge of the administration of Family Shopper Fascia agreements which involves updating and maintaining the database of stores, the processing of purchase order numbers so the visuals and fascia can be installed, maintaining the Point of Sale database. Communicate with the field sales team, deal with ad hoc reporting requests, support with period end reporting for Family Shopper and Shop Local, and updating databases.
You will be responsible for
Administration and maintenance of Family Shopper Fascia Agreements database.
Administration and maintenance of Shop Local supply agreements and database.
Administration of Shop Local tobacco club agreements
Assist with introduction of Scoot Home Delivery service.
Assisting the Retail Lead in running end of period reports/KPIs for the retail sales team.
Provide weekly sales and recruitment reports internally and externally
Assist with covering the administration of Premier Fascia agreements during busy periods/annual leave.
You will need
To have excellent communication and written skills, with strong attention to detail.
To have excellent computer skills, specifically MS Excel at a basic level, ideally working towards intermediate.
To show an enthusiastic approach, willingness to learn new things.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to involve others in achieving the team's objectives.
Strong organisational skills - prioritises own workload to achieve deadlines in a fast paced environment.
To be able to make decisions and solve problems using own initiative.
To be flexible in work approach and in changing workloads and processes.
