Job Description

We are seeking an experienced retail professional with supervisory experience to lead a small friendly team in our busy farm shop.

Previous retail experience, ideally working with fresh, artisan food products is essential; along with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Previous deli experience would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends. Weekend working is shared fairly amongst the team.

This role involves supporting with opening and closing the site on a rota basis with other Team Leads.

We are based just outside the market town of Ledbury in rural Herefordshire, on the main Ledbury to Hereford road, near Trumpet.
