Located on the A66, 4 miles west of Scotch Corner in Richmond North Yorkshire, we are a family-run, award winning flagship farmshop and tearoom which continues to grow each year. We use our own home-reared meats from the family farm in our tearoom, as well as quality local produce.
Our farmshop is brimming with our homemade produce from our artisan kitchen, home-reared meats from the farm, and a vast range of unique food and drinks. We pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of customer service, and all our team working together to go the extra mile for each visitor.
Our latest expansion, opened in November 2020, sees our food hall grow in size. Located on our ground floor, our food hall is a fresh and unique food paradise. Our fresh food counters take centre stage, all filled with our home reared meats from out in-house butchery department, and home made pies, cakes and much more. We stock everything you could imagine, from everyday food essentials, to local preserves and the finest wines and spirits.
Located on our first floor, our gift and clothing hall hosts a wide range of unique and household brands including Barbour, Joules, Seasalt, White Stuff, Sophie Allport and Wrendale Designs. With our new expansion we now stock many more popular and unique brands; Emma Bridgewater, Jellycat and Arran cosmetics.
Attention to detail is key - we create unique retail displays in-house and are continually adding new products each week to the shop floor. Our local customers visit frequently, and love to see our new displays and products throughout the year. Our customers from further afield visit us seasonally throughout the year so they love to see our extravagant festive displays at Christmas, and bright coloured homewares during the summer months. A continual change and impeccable upkeep of displays and stock is a must to ensure the best shopping experience for each customer.
Learning is very hands-on, and our experienced established team members will guide you throughout. Our retail areas provide potential to learn, grow and to become a part of the family retail/hospitality business. Our established team is made up of around 50 members, with majority working for ten's of years within the business.
