Retail Volunteer Waltham Cross

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to contribute their time and skills to support our mission. Volunteers will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience while assisting in various capacities, including IT support, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Duties



Provide IT support by assisting with technical issues and troubleshooting equipment as needed. Engage with visitors and clients, offering exceptional customer service to enhance their experience. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records. Collaborate with team members to organise events and activities that align with our mission. Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about organisational goals and updates. Help maintain a welcoming environment for all participants and stakeholders.

Requirements



A strong interest in volunteering and contributing positively to the community. Previous experience in IT, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A flexible approach to tasks and willingness to learn new skills. Commitment to upholding the values of our organisation and ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
