We're thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Retrofit Assessor to join our vibrant multi disciplinary team with the flexibility of hybrid working. You will conduct surveys to assess the energy efficiency of buildings in Manchester/North West.
What We're Looking For:
As a Retrofit Assessor you'll be a key player in our success. We're seeking a Retrofit Assessor who:
Is a Qualified Retrofit Assessor with the skills, knowledge and experience to undertake detailed and accurate Retrofit Assessments.
Holds a driving licence and have access to a car.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building/site surveys and produce accurate drawings.
Working on housing projects.
Develop design proposals and detailed working drawings.
Support project administration and tender preparation.
Assist with feasibility studies, specifications, and Employer's Requirements.
Maintain project records on the intranet.
Contribute to professional services, including Party Wall matters and condition schedules.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
Qualified DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor)
Qualified RA (Qualified Domestic Energy Assessors)
Level 3 Award in Traditional Buildings
Accredited through Elmhurst.
Strong understanding of building construction and energy efficiency.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and report-writing abilities.
