We are seeking an enthusiastic Retrofit Assessor who's keen to join our dynamic team in driving change and making a positive impact on the efficiency of homes throughout the UK.
As a Retrofit Assessor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients improve their energy performance while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of the retrofit industry, with a specific focus on schemes such as ECO, GBIS and BUS.
Job Overview:
Conducting Retrofit Assessments and Technical Surveys, predominantly throughout Wales, with the intention of retrofitting energy efficiency measures under PAS2035 guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate and informative assessments to identify opportunities for retrofitting that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations and considerations. Collaborate with clients to develop tailored retrofit solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to retrofitting.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
Reaffirm the benefits and consolidate projects following clients' initial interaction with a Sales Consultant
A keen attention to detail as information gathered is heavily relied upon throughout the customer journey
Capacity to effectively manage time, ensuring lodgment targets are achieved.
Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and regulations.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, target-driven team.
Specific Requirements:
Level 4 Award in Retrofit Assessment
Level 5 Award in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (optional)
Full UK Drivers License
