Role Overview



The Compliance manager plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of compliant retrofit projects by managing and maintaining accurate documentation in line with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards. Your main role is to coordinate our accreditations. In addition you will work closely with Installers, Assessors, Coordinators, and compliance teams. The Compliance Administrator ensures that all project records are complete, traceable, and audit-ready. This role is essential to the smooth operation of domestic energy-efficiency programmes and contributes directly to quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and maintain all documentation related to retrofit projects in accordance with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards

Track and monitor documentation deadlines to ensure compliance with scheme KPIs and funding requirements

Liaise with Installers, Retrofit Assessors, and Coordinators to collect, verify, and organise required documentation

Maintain secure and structured archives of all project records for internal and external review

Document Management



Collect, organise, and maintain all documentation related to retrofit projects, including assessments, designs, installation records, and post-installation verification Ensure all documents meet the requirements of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035, including formatting, version control, and completeness Upload and manage documentation on relevant platforms (e.g. ECO Surv, PAS Hub, internal systems) Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of required documents to stakeholders and accreditation bodies to ensure KPIs are met.

Process Improvement



Develop and maintain document control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy Support the implementation of digital tools and systems for document tracking and storage

Client & Stakeholder Engagement



Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction

Skills & Experience



Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Excel).

Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Diplomatic and professional in handling sensitive communications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
