About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the Retrofit Industry. We're seeking a technically-minded and driven individual to support the development of retrofit projects for some of our most important clients. This is a great chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and rapidly evolving sector, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver meaningful, sustainable change. It is preferable that you have experience in either the Retrofit Industry or an aligned sector, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Help with the production of important design documents alongside our Project Managers.
Review Retrofit Assessment documents, ensuring they meet compliance requirements.
Develop knowledge of building physics and UK building regulations to ensure compliance and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver project workstreams in a timely manner.
Assist in general administration tasks and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
An interest in Retrofit, Architecture or the Construction industry.
Very confident in the use of Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel.
Detail-oriented with a passion for developing technical knowledge.
Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment
Able to self motivate with your own tasks as well as working as a part of a team.
