The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) is seeking to appoint a Retrofit Project Manager, to join the SWNZH team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:



Developing effective project plans and delivery structures to support social housing decarbonisation across the region. Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of the Government's Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHF3), maintaining robust governance, financial controls, and reporting. Completing reports and supporting procurement, mobilisation and delivery assurance tasks that help decarbonise thousands of social homes across the South West Providing clear and responsive communication to consortium partners, government departments (including the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero), and other key stakeholders.
