Returns Assistant

About the Role:
This role is key to managing and processing product returns efficiently, ensuring excellent service for both customers and suppliers. You'll handle returns, coordinate with various stakeholders and support smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer and supplier returns promptly and accurately
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve return issues
Work with products from multiple leading manufacturers
Collaborate closely with the Head of Department
Arrange collections and shipments with courier services
Perform other duties as required to support the team
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring work is carried out in a safe, clean, and compliant manner
Remain flexible to support the changing needs of the business; this list is not exhaustive.
Essential Experience and Skills:
Proven customer service experience
Strong communication and complaint-handling skills
Confident in negotiation and problem-solving
Detail-oriented with good time management
Able to work independently and in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable skills:
Experience in B2B returns
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
Knowledge of customs and export procedures
Familiarity with logistics operations
