The role of Revenue Control Manager within the property industry focuses on overseeing income streams and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position requires a professional with expertise in accounting and finance, based in Bournemouth.
- Manage and oversee revenue recognition processes in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Supervise the reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in revenue reporting.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports for senior management review.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue control and streamline procedures.
- Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Support the accounting and finance department in audits and reviews.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed.

Our client is based in Bournemouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team needs additional support.
- A competitive salary range of 45,000 - 55,000 per annum, based on experience.
