to join our friendly and dedicated Revenue Control team. In this role, you'll help manage working capital effectively, minimising overdue debt and maximising cash flow.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating as part of a team, can work independently using their initiative, and brings strong attention to detail alongside excellent time management skills.
The role is based in our Bristol office, aligned to our hybrid working model which combines home working and working from the office, giving you flexibility to meet the needs of our clients , develop your career alongside your colleagues, whilst balancing work and home life.

What you'll be doing
Management of working capital for an assigned department, working towards targets to minimise overdue debt and maximise cash receipts
Conducting monthly meetings with Partners/lawyers to review any client and matter related working capital (WIP and Debt) issues
Liaising with a large portfolio of clients daily regarding debts and then updating the firm's credit control system in a timely, accurate manner to enable the effective tracking and monitoring of the status of any outstanding invoice
Preparation of WIP, Disbursement, and Debt reports
Negotiation with clients to arrange payment plans and completion of regulatory paperwork for specific clients
Ensuring compliance with the Firm's revenue control policies and the discount/write off policy; and,

What we're looking for
Proven experience in revenue/credit control and working capital management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.
Good IT skills, particularly Excel.
