We are currently recruiting for a Revenue Controller to manage billing for a portfolio of matters and act as the main contact for billing and credit control to maximise billings and reduce debt.

Duties include:

Work with partners and secretaries to bill matters regularly

Build strong relationships with partners, fee earners, and secretaries

Ensure billing deadlines are met and support the Revenue Manager

Review WIP/accounts receivable with partners

Provide reporting to Finance leadership

Maintain knowledge of WIP/debt balances

Support credit controllers to meet cash targets

Manage Ebilling clients and portals

The ideal candidate will have:

3E and EBillingHub experience

3+ years in law firm revenue management

Partner-facing experience

Billing knowledge and MS Office proficiency

System change experience (desirable)
