The Role

We are seeking a Revit MEP Coordinator with 2-5 years' experience to join our BIM team. You will play a key role in coordinating MEP models and supporting project delivery, working closely with M&E designers and external consultants using collaborative BIM workflows.This role suits someone confident working in Revit on live projects who understands coordination, model quality, and multi-discipline collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and manage coordinated Revit MEP models across multiple projects. Coordinate mechanical and electrical models with architectural and structural information. Work within a Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360. Carry out clash detection, coordination reviews, and issue resolution. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical designers to resolve spatial and design issues. Produce drawings, schedules, and model outputs to agreed standards. Support junior and trainee team members where required. Assist in maintaining BIM standards, templates, and best practice workflows.

Skills & Experience

2-5 years' experience using Revit MEP in a consultancy or contractor environment. Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems. Experience working in a collaborative BIM environment (ACC / BIM 360 preferred). Familiarity with coordination and clash detection tools such as Navisworks. Ability to manage workload and contribute to project deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills.
