As our Reward Advisor, you will forms part of the Reward team and which supports reward across all European locations (9 villages based in the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Ireland, France). The role will primarily support the Head of Reward and Reward Manager by delivering high-quality analysis and insight to inform decision-making across key Reward initiatives. Alongside its analytical responsibilities, the role will act as a trusted advisor, contributing to the design, implementation, and communication of Reward programmes.
It will work closely with our People Operations team-who manage day-to-day data and frontline employee queries-to ensure data accuracy, improved tools and processes, and enable effective support for our colleagues. As capacity allows, the role will also support the broader Reward agenda, including cyclical processes and project-based work.
This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 2 days a week.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

  • Work in partnership with the Head of Reward & Reward and Benefits Manager to support the overall reward needs of the business.
  • Act as a "first responder" to reward queries which have been escalated from our People Team.
  • Conduct market research & support in the continuous improvement of our wellbeing programme (Feel Good) and broader benefit offering
  • Support the communications & embedding of our Reward and Benefit offering (including Feel Good)
  • Responsible for the ongoing management of Policies and Guides: Collaborating proactively with stakeholders across the European People Team to maintain and update our suite of employee facing policies and guides, ensuring clarity on our benefits and compliance matters.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources, ideally in Reward specialisation
  • Proficient, advanced excel and numeracy skills
  • Financial acumen and exceptional data analysis skills
  • Experience of research and collecting relevant data
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written format at all levels of the business
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and Willis Towers Watson survey submissions is a plus but not essential
