Reward Business Partner - Employee Benefits Projects

Location: Hybrid (home based with two days a month in London)

Salary: \xc2\xa355-65,000 + car allowance + benefits

Contract: Full time, 12 month contract

You will be responsible for leading efforts to ensure project work for benefits for example Sales incentives, Share Plans etc are compliant, competitive, and are implemented in a responsible manner. The position works collaboratively with the Director - Employee Benefits, HR business unit partners, corporate departments, and senior leaders to ensure quality benefit plans and services are provided to help the Company employ the high-calibre employees/associates it requires to achieve its business goals. Leadership efforts in this area include plan design, compliance, plan administration, vendor relations/contracting and cost management.

The role:

  • Provide benefits project leadership by participating in establishing short and long-range objectives for benefit programs.
  • Keep abreast of market practices and research developing trends to drive appropriate change in plan designs and benefit offerings.
  • Develop compelling market leading benefits plans for sales incentive schemes, share plans etc
  • Provide for the management of vendor relations and contracting.
  • Provide oversight for plan administration and compliance.
  • Provide comprehensive services related to business events impacting the Benefits team including, benefit plan mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; benefit communications; data management; and employee services.
  • Manage/oversee/participate in other benefit-related responsibilities as assigned.
  • Implement new plans into the organisation both locally and globally
The person:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field -OR- equivalent combination of technical and functional experience.
  • Progressively responsible experience in employee benefits
  • Experience of designing global sales incentives and or share plans
  • Track record of effective leadership; including the ability to coach, supervise and inspire professional teams to meet Department and organisational goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated accomplishment in benefit design/administration, vendor relations, cost management and compliance.
  • Proven ability to effectively handle complex issues, complete challenging project assignments, recognise/evaluate micro and macro impacts, and make sound decisions when developing solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to balance differing viewpoints, manage conflicts, and facilitate collaboration to reach consensus.
  • Ability to lead and motivate both individuals and teams, high calibre team building, project management and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of SAP HR SuccessFactors systems and processes.
  • High level of initiative, motivation and maturity; high integrity including the ability to maintain strict confidentiality as required.
  • Desire to keep abreast of current trends, issues, and legislation affecting employee benefits.
