We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is central to providing exceptional, patient-centred care within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services, including patient assessment, care planning, and evidence-based intervention, to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and formulate personalised care plans.
Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care, including medication administration, wound management, and monitoring of vital signs.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, specialists, and therapists, to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Proven post-registration experience in an acute hospital, community, or long-term care setting.
Solid clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and medication management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Strong commitment to providing compassionate, dignified, and patient-focused care.
