Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) - Night Shift (Full-time)

Salary / Hours
20.50 per hour Full-time, nights only (~36-40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care overnight. Administer medications and provide clinical interventions (wound care, catheter care, diabetes management, end-of-life care). Monitor and assess residents' health; document observations accurately. Lead and supervise night team; ensure smooth handover to day staff. Uphold regulatory, safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety standards. Provide emotional support and maintain residents' dignity and comfort.
Requirements
Registered with NMC (RGN or RMN). Experience in nursing homes or similar settings. Strong clinical, leadership, documentation, and communication skills. Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently.
Desirable
Experience in dementia or palliative care. Prior senior or supervisory experience. Flexible for nights, weekends, and public holidays.
