Due to the nature of the business this position is available to cover the busy summer period until beginning-mid September.

OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER
Main Duties:
To operate rides in accordance with procedures demonstrated and instructed during training.
To greet visitors with respect and consideration, maintaining good customer service throughout their visit.
To always follow Health & Safety regulations as laid down in the company Health & Safety Policy and procedures.
To report any suspicion of malfunction of ride to maintenance staff.
To ensure customers are scanned on entry and have a valid wristband or ride credits to enter the ride.
To always keep the ride and operating booth clean, using any available time during day for this purpose.
To record any incident witnessed by yourself and inform Management where appropriate.
To carry out the company's policies and procedures, including Equal Opportunities, harassment, and social media.
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the post.
